Refund policy

Refunds are at the discretion of Vivreau. Refunds for reasons not the fault of Vivreau will be returned to the original form of payment, less the processing fees charged by the payment provider. Restocking fees and time limitations also apply as outlined in our Terms of Service agreement available at https://shop.vivreauwater.com/policies/terms-of-service
